We're planning a trip to Belguim and the Netherlands from Minnesota, USA. When is the best time to travel, weather wise, crowd wise, hotel availability, etc. Also, I have relatives who came from St. Laureins, E. Flanders, where is this located. Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
