Illegal Detention in Antwerp

Can anybody help my friend's sister who is now illegally being detained by the police in Antwerp? After the unwarranted raid by the same policemen, they took everybody asking questions and forcing them to sign documents without explaining the contents. I have been in Belgium and met nice people there but I think what the policemen of Antwerp is doing is something foul and violation of "human rights."

Again can anybody near that area help me? I am in the Philippines so I cannot do anything.

I heard police of Antwerp is doing a severe identity control in the harbor part of the city. People have been arrested because they were illegally residing and turned over to immigration.

When did it happen and were was she residing? Is she a tourist and has she the needed papers?
