i would like a recipe for Belgian raisin bread. I have 2 now but don't know which is correct.

raison bread

500 gr bloem
300 ml melk
10 g gedroogde gist
100 g rozijnen
5 g zout
20 g suiker

alles mengen en 1/2 uur laten rijzen
daarna nog eens kneden
1/2 uur laten rijzen
50 minuten in de oven op 220°

enkel oppassen dat de gist en het zout elkaar niet raken

smakelijk
