Greetings everyone! I'm a new member to Club Belgium and I joined because I'm working on a project dealing with the nation of Belgium. My job is to enlighten the class by exposing them to a myriad of Belgian foods, but I'm finding myself at quite a loss! Everyone I ask merely points me in the direction of Belgian Waffles and chocolates, but that just won't cut it. I'm looking for entrees, so if anyone can help me out, I'd be more than gracious. So, if you have any ideas, please post a recipe, or merely the name of your favorite entree so that I may find it myself. Thank you very much!
