Arrow (I used to weigh 250) __ (now I don't)

I used to weigh 250. Yuck. I needed to change, but I hated change. It's not easy when you're big and feeling poorly about yourself, not to mention having a great lack of energy.

But, I created a perfect little mini work-out that only takes 12 seconds to do. No kidding - but it's an intense 12 seconds. It fit my lifestyle and helped me to lose my weight in private. And, the best thing about it is that after doing each little work-out throughout the day, it actually revitalizes my energy level and my desire to feel healthy, thus keeping me on track with watching my weight.

If you're having weight issues like I was, please visit my web page for more information on trying my 12 second work-out for yourself.

Best of luck, everyone.
